ALICE is a modular, integrative software platform. It combines all the important business processes of life insurance and non-life insurance (as well as fund management) in one system. A standardized user interface and the standardized setup of business transactions contribute to easy and secure handling.
We have equipped ALICE with a product generator which supports our customers in developing new products and further development to the level of individual rules and clauses and ensures fast innovation.

On the basis of the technology platform SAP, ALICE ensures the use of all common databases and computer systems.
ALICE is used in 14 European countries. Our recipe for international success: firstly for foreign customers: Firstly: an IT system which is constantly being optimized in our German Competence Center. Secondly: the precise implementation according to the specific requirements of the individual markets. And thirdly: a service team which is not confined to a specific country.
On the basis of established standards, we have created an open architecture which links the system to company-specific actions via user exits.
